Ok, I'm trying to get my paladin her stronghold but I already killed Firkraag. I keep going back to the Order's hq, but they keep turning me away saying "there's nothing new to report." How do I get this blasted thing!!!

Where is he? I think I talked to him while ago to get the Windspear Mountain Quest...
