They kill themself whatever I order to make the robe, ring or staff .. why ??

though i'm not entirely sure, i think the items are too difficult for them to make with their limited experience. they always die on the staff for me. i don't know if there's anything you can do about it.

I have heard the their success depends in part of the level of your PC. So if you procrastinate till your are higher level it MAY help.

Well, I did the Dagger and Mislead .. they all survived that .. but not the other task whatever it is ...
