So I use the Staff of Death on the Gargoyle face to get to Mada Mabigg's Lair, but where is the sucker. I have been looking for a looong time. Oviously missing something. I did a search and got some hits, but nothing has helped me find it.

Have you gotten down the the Skull Castle vault area - with the broken bridges et al???

I think she's over in the west section.
