Approxamatly to re-enforce a small 10x10ft flat roof? I have one outside my window... I know this is very vague but all I want is a very approxamate answer cause I know I know nothing about it ;)

Impossible to say. If you just want a couple of 4x4 pillars to support the existing structure, then only a few bucks. If you need to truly rebuild the structure then a few hundred. A lot depends on materials and labor cost in your area. And if your government gets involved with permits and the like, the cost can really go up.

you asking because you want to have a party on the roof?
What you want to do will determine how much it cost.

The underlaying structure also facotrs in.

Best bet is to contact several general contractors in your area and get bids (this should cost you nothing). This will give you a better idea

Beau - get estimates from at least 3 different companies! Load-bearing is an important business, and if done incorrectly can damage the structure of the property. It's not just a matter of sticking pillars in as someone mentioned - you need to be sure the joists and lintels can take the weight of whatever you're planning. I don't know exact costs, but expect it to run into thousands rather than hundreds (I used to organise contracts for this sort of thing for officce buildings).
