Is the 'post processing' option in GW meant to enhance visuals (looks nice but may cost an fps hit) or enhance gameplay (looks okay may enhance fps)? I can't really find any info. on it.

Btw am I correct in assuming there is no official Guild Wars forum?! Anyways, what I'm asking is, is it like full screen glow effect in WoW cuz it seems like it is but instead almost makes visuals blurry rather than crisp. Yeah.
