Hey,do you get exp and items if you turn people to stone? even if they shatter once you damage them?

andrewas 05-16-2002 05:55 PM

Xp yes AFAIK. Items you can forget though.

Most people don't like using spells like Flesh to Stone, Disintegrate, Prismatic Spray, and Black Blade of Disaster because there's at least a good chance that items carried or worn by the target creature will be destroyed. And any enemy worth using those spells on has got to be carrying SOMEthing good.....

I think Imprisonment does the same thing, but I'm not sure.

once you improsine somebody, you can use freedom though.

Flesh to stone --> lay traps around the target and beef your party up with spells and potions --> Stone to Flesh = dead enemy + items.

Yep! Even though that would indicate you should have used the spell in the first place... ;)

I got the spell anyway and like it. Its good to use of enemy who dont use items, or ones with crappy stuff. Creatures like minotaurs and trolls dont have good stuff if any so it works good on them. I like the spell anyway. Well, it seems the Pirate Lord from Brynlaw is a staute at the bottom of the ocean
