So I'm on level 4 of Watcher's Keep (but still in Chapter 6 of SoA), and several of my characters are past the 3 million exp mark. So where are my HLAs? Or do I automatically get them once I'm in ToB proper?

That's strange. You should get to select 1 HLA for every level-up past 3 million XP.

Please don't tell me that the mods I installed are screwing with it. (I installed the cap remover from G3's tweak pack--could that have something to do with it?)

No, you shouldn't have to wait anymore. Some of the classes give you the HLA just before you hit 3 million xp. Do you have the ToB official patch and ToB fixpack? What mods are you using?

Update: Anomen got his (Deva!) and then Mazzy got hers (Whirlwind!) and I'm guessing I just got impatient.
