I've played through SoA three times now and have yet to visit the Sahuagin City. Could someone tell me how to get there?

I didn't find it a great place really, I didn't really get anything of use except for some stupid weapon changing thing.

For some reason they all attacked me even when I had done the quest, HA however it sure was funny when I grassed on the woman who betrayed the king.

their supposed to attack you, the warriors are, not the king, plus you get the most powerful thing in the game, cloak of mirroring, reflects any spells that are *directed* at the character, didn't you get it Introspect?
