I'm only going to use Aerie's healing powers to back up Anomen (and to save him if he gets killed). What I really needed was a mage. Jan is getting on my nerves and I don't even need him as a thief. Maybe now peace shall reign in my group. I can dream I guess.

who is gonna replace jan ?

Anybody with at least one proficiency in bow or crossbow. Probably Mazzy. I must admit that I'm so desperate to get rid of him that I don't really care who replaces him as long as they don't talk quite as much.
