It is best to take his fake hart and bring it to the king because you get more exp. Then you can attack the prince when you are done then you get the blade for the best halberd.

Actually you can get the halberd part if you kill or pickpocket the prince. However, helping the King gives you the Gauntlets of Crushing which are otherwise unavailable

Cloak of Mirrors reflects all offensive spells BACK to the caster. The cast Magic Missle on you, they get hit. They cast Fireball, they get burned. IT IS TOO COOL.

Head to the big open jaws in the middle of the city, and a party will ambush you. Kill the preistess, and get the cloak...
