Gorgeous, Conan! I do love azaleas. I was lucky enough to go home for Easter (Monroe, Louisiana) when the peak of the azaleas were in full bloom. Absolutely breathtaking.

Here in Texas we've got bluebonnets all over the place right now, which are incredible when you get a whole field of them.

Cheers,
-Saz

Azaleas would be the correct spelling!

Thanks Saz! I can't tell you how great it looks out here right now about the area! The Dogwoods are just about finished and everything has greened up nicely.

Texas plummage must rock! I have been to Big Bend National Park and Dallas thats all. (I almost got stung by a scorpion!) It was in the summer and very hot at night and cool during the day.. ;)

Conan, please tell me these are pictures from last year. I'm not sure I'll want to talk to you if these are in bloom in your garden. ;) Our perennials wer just starting to come up last week and then we had 4 inches of snow on Sunday.

Seriously, those are some nice looking Azaleas. Either you or your wife has a green thumb. ;)

Absolutely Beautiful!

I went out after a long nap this afternoon and KHaN had mowed the yard...he went tightly around all the bluebonnets that are growing wild on the outside of our fences :D

Saz is not exaggerating about the fields of them...if I remember to, I'll drive down the road and snap a pic...there is a place a few miles from here that is nothing but acres of bluebonnets...its gorgeous!

Hey I didn't know an Azeala was a type of flower. They're really pretty, I believe someone grows them around here. There are only three colors right? Purple, White, and Red.
