Does anyone know where i can find the game patch that allows characters to advance to 40th level? or any 'cheat' website that has patches??

You could always go and get TOB. This a great way to get the EXP cap and play the game all the way through to the end.

Does ToB remove exp cap you have SoA?

Not exactly. ToB gives you a higher exp. cap, but the cap still exists. You'll cap at 8.000.000 exp which is more then enough.

You can also go into the SOA ini file. Once in there look for something that says 'xpcap='. change the x to another character, and voila no Xp cap.BUT BACK UP THE INI FILE FIRST
