I'm having some trouble dealing with all of the vampires that I run into, and greater restorations are becoming too much of a hassle to stock up on. anyone got any tactics that work real well?

Stoneskin plus mirror image
then cast sunfire like crazy
Or cast summon fiend that is pretty powerful.
Against big groups i do this.


I walk close enough so that one more step i can see them, but i dont see them from where i'm standing.

Then i cast 2 or 3 delayed fireball blasts in the middle of the screen. I let it hang in the air then i cast fireball far enough so i dont move but it hits them. Then they come running towards me SMACK right into the delayed fireball. This works extremely well. Project image is the most powerful spell in the game.

All the strategies i mention are assuming you are going solo. I cant help ye if you have a party. Sometimes they get in the way.
