So, I'm trying to put a picture of my son in my signature and have absolutely no idea what I'm doing wrong!! I tried to copy and paste it and couldn't. Tried to drag it there and it just goes to a web page. Can someone please help me with this. I feel like a moron!

You have to host it on a webpage, then use HTML to link it.

Mack_Attack 01-06-2005 04:20 PM

Yes it needs to be hosted from a web site then in your profile is where you can add your sig and then it will be with your posts.

I also could host it for you as well if you email it to me.

So looks like you're all set either way. [img]smile.gif[/img]

NewbietoRPGs 01-07-2005 10:32 AM

Cool! Thanks LadyZ! I'll send it over when I get back to the house.

Yep, noob for life. I don't mind though. Unfortunately it'll probably fit for just that long. [img]smile.gif[/img]

NewbietoRPGs 01-07-2005 10:47 AM

Hang on...let me try this for a sec and see if I did it right...it may be too big though..

NewbietoRPGs 01-07-2005 10:50 AM

Nope didn't work. LadyZ, I will be emailing you, because I have no idea what the heck I'm doing.

Ladyzekke 01-07-2005 10:55 AM

LOL OK NewbietoRPGs. I'm at work right now, but when I get home I will check my mail and will post your sig in this thread for you to use. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Alrighty have your picture hosted NewbietoRPGs. You need to go to your profile (See My Profile at the top of the page) and put this address into the space:

http://img.ranchoweb.com/images/lady...santakyle2.jpg

ALSO! You have to put "[IMG]" (without the quotes) in the front of the address, and "[/IMG]" (without the quotes) at the end of the address. Those are the IMG tags that makes the picture show.

If you want, hit the quote button to my post here, and you can just copy the entire thing and paste it into your signature space (The quote button shows everyone's tags and stuff). [img]smile.gif[/img]

So if you do the quote option, copy this:

Hope I made sense! And again, Welcome to Ironworks. [img]smile.gif[/img]

And btw...since you're well over 100 posts, you should change your name to SophomoreToRPG's. [img]graemlins/hehe.gif[/img]
