I have scoured the sunken city looking for a second glow stone key and cannot find it. Can anyone tell where it is?

1 from a mermaid
1 near the crab cages
1 in the room with 6 tunnels and 1 chest

Thanks Wyvern, You have a lot of help in the past. I think I have been in each room that you can get to without using the second glow stone. Can you describe the path to this room or the approximate compass quadrant?
