I just went to install bg1tut and followed the directions on the installation in the readme explicitly... I have BG1, ToTSC, and SOA. All are patched fully, and I fixed the source and target variants. But when I run the bg1tutu.exe file to convert it, the program just crashes. Does this happen to anyone else? Any help is appreciated as to how to either make it work or to make the whole thing go away so I can just play regular BG. It says I have to have a end-game file to convert back, which I don't because I can't get either game to run. Help would be great. Thanks

Try looking at the Readme for BG1Tutu. If you followed the instructions correctly for installing it, take a look at the FAQ section to see if you're having the same problem as others, and what the solution is.
