In the copper coronet there is this weird thief in the back rooms. On the desk next to him(trapped), there are the gloves of pick pocketing. Who is this guy anyway?

Why, he's the retired greatest pickpocket in Atlatka. Just talk to him.Then give the gloves to Nalia, she REALLY needs them.
