I am in the Graveyard District, but can't find a paladin who lost his child... I was there in the day and in the night but still can't find him... do I have to do something special before he appears?

He is there during the day next to the open grave at the top left corner. I think you have to do the paladins quest first (ps the open grave is a quest to if you didnt know)

The Paladin Stronghold quest is not related to this incident, or if you meant this particular graveyard Paladin, he has no quest to give your party, short of talking to you. Just choose the appropriate dialogue options, and you gain relatively easy Xp.

He's only there from like 7 am to 10 am, so you have to catch him in the early mornings.
