Well, I created my cavalier and
I really like this character class.
The special abilities you get are
great. Immune to fear, charm, poison
20% resistance to fire, 20% resistance to
acid, +3 to hit and damage demons and
dragons are all very useful!!!
I like spell casters, and I usually take
one as my main character, but I will
have Aerie to fool around with er...um...
you know what I mean!! I can't wait to try
sequencing cleric spells!!

How is this for a party?

Me (Human Male Cavalier)
Minsc
Mazzy
Aerie
Jan (Imoen)
Nalia

Yeah, the party is just fine.

I'd be inclined to ditch Nalia. Her thief skill is rubbish and she is rather a pain, anyway. If you want another wiz-magic user, why not try Haer'Dalis? He's more entertaining, too, lol! But you only have one person with Cleric skills, so maybe you should get Jaheira or the very attractive drow Cleric, Viconia.

Dubbed Queen of the Illuminati by Diogenes.

He already has Jan, and he is getting Imoen later on. Why ditch Nalia? http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...les/tongue.gif Also, you only need one Cleric to complete the game successfully. Two Clerics is overkill.

I love Nalia!!!! I don't use her
for her thieving skills. I usually
take only one cleric, but I did
play a druid in my last game so I
guess I had two cleric types because
I had Anomen.

I think you're a little weak in the healing department if you're depending solely on Aerie. Either you'll be going back to saves quite often or resting quite a bit. You need another healer. Cleric's actually get some good spells in BGII, and are more than just a mobile healing potion. Besides Aerie is only a half-cleric.

Nah, while tis nice to have a 'full' Cleric, a half-cleric will suffice as well. Besides, there are buttloads of healing potions in the game, I never buy healing potions... I sell them... ...

If you squint just right, you'll see that a Cavalier is a sort of a healer... he gets that nifty Lay On Hands ability and eventually real spells, which you can use for healing.

IMHO if you put healing spells in your Cavalier and Ranger's spell slots you'll be more than fine. http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif

You should change Nalia with Anomen or with Jaheira.
They are better than her!

Where there are monsters and barbarians there will be Byronas fighting against them.

I dissagree, I found Nalia helpfull (as a mage, not a crappy level 4 thief) And I hate anomen, He just sucks.
