Have problems reaching the city itself.

At what point in the game are you exactly? You can't enter the city until you've done a specific quest.

I have skipped the City and clearing Durlac´s Tower.

To enter city you have to clear Cloakwood mines first.

I have cleared the mine and put it under water. I have also cleared the bandit camp, but i can not reach the town.

That's wierd. What exactly prevents you from entering? Is the bridge up or down? Have you spoken with the smuggler who offers to get you into the city? You should be able to access without him just fine, but it won't hurt to try this and see what happens.

Sometimes people are fooled by the perspective of the drawing. The city wall hides the entrance gate. If that is the problem here, then move your party along the city wall and click the cursor around on the inside of the wall and you'll find the way in.

I can not reach the City by the map. The City and the sector north of bandit camp is diabled. Yesterday i tried to, once again, go down the mine. I was blocked. Must i restart the mine scenario once again and lose all my experience with the adventure party?

You can only access the city via the bridge, at least if you haven't been there before. Have you tried this? Going to the Bridge Area, crossing the bridge and entering the city from there?
