I think drow equipment only dissapears in the area where you get out of the Underdark. At least i cheated a drow armor while i was in caravasar and it didnt dissapear

I don't know if anyone posted this yet, but I tried it on a whim. You can keep your drow armor intact if you put it in the bag of holding BEFORE you leave the underdark! I took mine out when I got back to the city and it's working fine!

Must be a lucky bug for you mildred, I had all my drow equipment in my bag of holding and ended up with 10 lumps of dust when i got back to the surface

You wouldn't be talking about the Gorgon's plate? That can be taken out of the underdark as it's not made of adamantine.

Nope--it was everybody's drow armor, admantine, elven chain, plate, etc.! Sorry it didn't work for you And here I was thinking I had figured out something brilliant...

Just thought of this--I waited until I got into the city gates area to take the armor out. I wonder if that has anything to do with it.

I've almost finished the drow section, so I'll keep what you said in mind! Who knows, maybe it'll work for me too, can't hurt to try! Thanks Mildred!
