I can't find the third goddamn flail head and I'm going crazy!!!!
could some one tell me where all of them are located in the stronghold?

Ok the first on is located in the room with the furnace that molds them together the second is in the room with the 5 golems the third is on the captian in the hidden room where the captian always attacks you hope this helps

One flail head on first floor in room near forge,next to lion statue. Another on second floor in statues guarded by golems.The third flail head is also on second floor, there are several secret/hidden doors you have to uncover before you find the guy that has it.

The dude u need to kill for it is the loyal guard glacius on second floor as everyone said behind the locked door just above the stairs then in behind a few secret rooms and so fourth have fun!!...

Actually you can put the flail together before you get all 3 heads, you just cant make the complete Flail Of ages unless you have all 3 heads. If you need a nice magical flail before getting all 3 pieces, just use what you have to make one, and later once you get the rest of the pieces, then you can add the 3rd piece in.
