I have spent endless hours exploring and rexploring the temple. I've been in every nook and cranny looking for the crazy monkey with the statue that I keep hearing about. I have the three statues from the chests but no sign of any monkey. I've got the bloody temple mapped down to the last brick. I got so frustrated that I actually reinstalled the game and started over from scrath. Same result, no monkey.

Basically this is the way I see it. No statue, no wizard wand. No wizard wand, no naga. No naga, no quest. No quest, no Mavin Sword. No Mavin Sword, worthless game.

Am I far off here?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There's this area, where there's a pit in the floor that's too small to go down. Pulling a lever in the room unleashes a few monkeys on you and then you should find the monkey with the statue running around somewhere nearby. I'm pretty sure the two events are linked.

Thank you!!!!!! I went into the room, flipped the switch which closed the door and released a bunch of monkeys which I dispatched. The door then reopened and as I stepped into the corridor the crazy monkey popped out of the secret room right outside (Kerah).
