Is my sig too big? I'm worried, cos it's quite a big picture, and maybe I should reduce the size of it.

It's probably more tall than big. Maybe if you shrunk it a little? You'd still get the detail of the dragon gif but it would make life easier for dialup users trying to browse pages. ;)
