It all depends what they are lying about and how much they lie. One general tell is the face and neck becoming flush and the caradid artery in the neck visibly throbbing from the increase in blood pressure. These tells are most common in people who typicaly are not accustomed to being dishonest.

I also believe lying people often clench their bum.

that could denote sarcasm or an attitude of superiority depending on the content/context and intonation of the voice. Another factor being is this a change from the way they normally address you?

Ultimately the only way to know for sure is confront them about your suspicions, or feelings of doubt. Don't go for the jugular and accuse them outright, but let them know about your concerns.

I disagree with the eyemovement theory, quite frankly. I know a few people that use that method "Tried and true" against me. Even though, other than Boots of Stomping and gemjump references, I'm one of the most honest guys out there. :D
