Any help would be appreciated.

I have entered the room (in the Bridge District) with a Rogue Stone and beaten the creatures inside. I have won the Staff of the Magi (nice staff). Now however, I am trapped below and can't get out of the room. What the heck? What do I need to do to get out of the room? There is a blood couldren and some machine I am supposed to do something with. I haven't had any troubles until this point. Is this a bug or did I need to make sure I had something on me before venturing into the room?

Ok. Just had my question answered. Thanks anyway.
FYI - there is a beholder eye on the beholder that you drop in the
pot and then go to the machine and you are outta there.

Pick up the "eye" from the beholder body, drop in into the bowl of soup in the east/northeast side of the room, then click on the machine and you will be home.
