Are there any level maps available for download??? I seem to be missing areas and switches. In particular I can't open the door to the master spiders area.

Uhm... This was very little to go on! What quest are we talking about here? Tell me some more about it and I might be able to help... There are several quests involving giant spiders, please be more specific. Is this a "standard" game or a usermade quest for example. By the little info seen in your mail, I'd guess you have met a dude named Eraldus who wants you to save his dame from spiders. Is that the one? If not, tell me more about the quest. What NPC gave it to you? What was his/her request? What dungeon are you in?
