What does the expansion pack offer?
I am thinking about getting it. But not too sure what it actually do.
Does it offer new quests?
Any new classes?
New Spells?

Well, the answer to all of your questions is yes, and it also gives lots of other things too, so its well worth your money, imho. If you want more information about it you could visit the BG2:ToB message board here at Ironworks.

just get it. The Watchers Keep and 8M XP cap makes it worth it, never mind the actual TOB bit.
