Is the rogue's guild in some other town? I can't seem to find it in the first one.

And does that 'saints ring' (part of the third quest given to priest guild members) appear in a specific place, in the crypts, or do I have to go and look through all of those rooms again?

Yeah, Rogue's guild is in the next town. And for the ring, it is in the room above Flokis Rah's room. The one you gotta hop on top of the elevator to get to. If you have Spirit Eye, cast it, usually helps for junk like that, heh.
