In BG2 are missle weapons and bows in particular still as overrated as they were in BG1? It became quite annoying to have an AC -5 and still have kobold commandoes hit more often than not in BG1 with a bow. Even if a Kobold Commando is considered a 3 or 4 hit dice moster it needs to roll a 19 or 20 to hit.
