Where could i find an ANSI/ISO C++ command line compiler, which runs on Linux Kernel 2.4.19
A free to download one, preferably.

Could be me but it looks like one of those sites isn't for linux (borland) and the other isn't free. Now I think of it maybe g++ does this (dependent on gcc)

I'm sure someone has made this for free.
Found it's definitely in gcc:
