All Hakpaks in 3 files now - Easy to Download!

I have packed up all the Massive hakpak files, along with all the patches up to v1.3 (current patch) as well as the Arnaden hakpak in three files that are around 300MB each. This is all you will need to play EFU (except for CEP, which is a separate download, which most players have already).

I also updated the readme file, and added some back history of EFU:

This will make it easier for people to snag the files, and get into the game. Be sure to read the text file that comes with the files. I tells you exactly how and where to put each and every file. Some files go in the MUSIC dir, and one goes into the TLK dir.

I plan on releasing another small patch in a Month maybe. Simply to fix a few things, mainly bugs we found, and tileset door issues. Stuff like that. I'm focused now on MAKING levels in the toolset now.

Enjoy!

If you scroll through this, you will find every pertinent CEP file needed for EfU, and anywhere else you may want to play. I don't remember which version of CEP Z has, but if you get the latest 1.xx that isn't just 1.68, as it was a hotfix, you should be good.

Could we get a temporary sticky for this? I lost 4 hours tonight having to hunt this up...

Sticky request granted.

If you check the EFU download page, theres a link to the CEP files. It lists all the stuff needed I think. (toward the bottom of the page)

Thanks... :D I had to log out of EfU at the entrance to lvl 9 as I had a new player on the phone, and he couldn't find the CEP stuff. I found it in like five minutes, but it had taken me 4 hours to get there...I'll get that back, but I figured this was the easy way to keep it from happening again, either to me, or somebody else. I had the link already copied to the clipboard, may as well zap it in. I didn't know about the link at the bottom of the EfU page...*faints*...

I realize the .hak files are "massive" (what is it with you guys and size, anyhow?), but please keep in mind that there are people who are still afflicted with dial-up and other slower-than-lightspeed connections. We have wireless broadband and 300mb still takes about 2 hours to download.

Yikes, I talked a guy through all the CEP files, twice, all the EFU haks, and then repaired his install in 2 hours.

Wow. Now that burns me. I JUST got a 'deletion notice' from Filefront a week ago saying 'click here' if you don't want your files to expire. I did, and removed them from their 'deletion queue'. Guess THAT doesn't work.. asses.

Re-uploading now--nearly done. MAN, I wish I had someone that could mirror these, and not rely on damned corporate losers like filefront.
Check the Downloads page in about 20 mins--I'll update the page with the new URLs--as they will be new filefront URLS.

Have you tried using MegaUpload, RapidShare, or other similarly funcitioned sources?

http://www.RapidShare.com
http://www.eSnips.com
http://www.box.net
http://www.4Shared.com
http://www.MegaUpload.com
http://www.SnapDrive.net
http://www.aGigForFiles.com
http://www.MegaPhile.com
http://www.MediaMax.com

you could easily spread out links between two or three of these various services in order to maximize download potential.
