I read in another post that you had multi'd a cleric and necromancer. Is it hacked or do you mean dualed. And if it's dualed, I thought BG2 disabled the ability to have kits on the second class (like everyone with the fighter/conjurors from BG1).

You can have kits with dualed characters in BG2 (though not with MULTI-classed). Ie: If he started out as a necromancer he could dual to a cleric. Note that he wouldn't be able to dual to a cleric kit though (such as a priest of Talos). You keep the kit of your original class, but your second class has to be of 'general' nature. Hope that answers your query.

actually, the specialist mage can be chosen (i think) when you dual. im not sure if you still can in bg2, but in bg1 you could.
