I mean "Umar Hills" and "Plane Sphere in Slums" if I have in my party will there be any EXTRA accidents (like Jaheira's in Bounty sea tavern -docks- )

TO gain my xp for my party is it a good idea to leave him and take him to just enter there.

Well, you could kill him, but that is probably considered taking the Evil path.. Yea, pick him up to get inside the Planar Sphere, then drop him off at the entrance.
