Talk to D'Soto about the Mavin Sword - he needs to tell you the password to use when you meet Erathsmedor - once he has told you that, he should be quiet.
Just go through your keywords - or check the Best Tips thread for what you need to ask him!

just try to stick it out because there are a few important things for you to take note for later on...

The password for the dragon does not help. He will continue whinning and he will not vanish. I left him alone after several unsuccesful tries.
