OK the first one, is which guildhall has a 3rd floor? I went to the dock area and went to the West one and the South guildhalls and couldnt find any stairs leading up to a 3rd floor of either one.. maybe Im just blind but I dont see any..

2nd question is about the dog chunks. I found 3 chunks but I guess I need a 4th. Are all the ones you need from the pack of dogs in the courtyard? I killed em all and only got 3. I also got 2 skeletons (do you maybe raise em from the dead so ya can kill em? hehe) If im SOL, is there an editor I can use to just give my party one more chunk?

You really don't need the dog chunks. You can just kill the beasts instead. I never made the stew and it worked fine.
