Where do you make the shadow dragon scales into dragon armor???

Visit the Smith, Cromwell I think his name is, in the Docks District. With the Shadow Dragon Scales and some gold you can get your new armor.

Cromwell in the Docks District can do it for you.

Now, once you have slapped around that abd boy Thax'yill'iss'aalsghsgildfuhodpsiuhdrspo (however his name is spelled) Take his borwn dragon scales to Cormwell in his home in the middle eastern part of the docks district, pay him 5000 gp 1 day of work and youll have a brand new suit of armor (isnt great, but it works pretty well for the early stages)

welcome aboard kill the dragon and then hit up cromwell in the lower right of the docks district, and he'll help you out, if you have the time and gold

Welcome to IronWorks. Now, go to cromwell. Best leather armor in SoA. Equivilent to full plate. But i'd say the human flesh +4 is better, cuz its +4 to sv throws. +20 to magic resistance, but u decide. NOTE: Human flesh is only for evil aligned guys

btw, if you dont have anyone who would use the armor, dont bother making it, it costs 5000g to make and you cant sell it for that much, so make sure you have a theif or someone who can put it to good use.
