This is to confirm to everybody what carg told me: If you get the vampire ring from adrianna, It causes crashes and screen locks when you put it on in or around town. Since it is cursed, I don't see a way to use it.

In theory you can use it if you have an item with regeneration as well. In practice it just keeps crashing the game, dump it asap.
