nwnplayer.ini and nwn.ini Files: Wher do I find them?

As the subject title says. I go to C and find the NWN Folder but I can't find either one of these files.

you should be looking here:
C:\NeverwinterNights\NWN\
If they're not in there just do a file search

I found them. The thing is even after I did the ini file tweakings I still can't tweak my character.
