Well, for those here who don't know, we are having an art contest for the art that the DungeonCraft game can use. The game lets you design your own adventure for a Dungeons and Dragons game. The art for this contest (combat icons) was submitted, but now we have to vote on the art that will be the "default art" that is to be preloaded into the game. So, what I am asking is if you would have an opinion on the art submitted, feel free to check out the art and vote on it.

no, because that is exactly how they look in the game. The combat icons get put on a map, and when you move up to an orc (for example) combat icon and the second part of the combat icon is revealed when the attack is made upon the orc.

While not as visually entertaining as some of the other art for the DC project, there were only two to pick from so we figured to make combat icons the first art contest.

Well I voted, but not sure if it went through or not. I kept getting a Java error after I hit Submit, and in the error there was this little button below the text that said "Done", so I clicked it, and got Page Cannot Be Displayed.

So again not sure if my votes went through or not, and I also have no idea who drew what either LOL, just voted on which ones I liked the most. [img]smile.gif[/img]

I'm not sure. I don't think so, but don't go quoting me on this as all I have to do with this right now is a little word-of-msg advertizing on the DC game (well, that and I'm going to be a mod maker/ mod playa when my computer gets running right). We want peoples opinion on the art as the game is coming closer to having release 1.0, and the art that comes with the game is not enuff. I will ask the one who's holding this contest (Tarlanon the great) to post here his response to the error msg.

Another reason I put this up was to draw attention to the "DC project" (sounds like a top-secret government weapon) and the art contest we had.

You should definately get in on the next art contest. I'll have Tarlanon, the guy who is hosting the contest answer when that might be, too.
