3.5 weeks of canoing, swimming, hiking and running out of TP in thunderstorms. I went on a ten day canoe trip, it was stupidly easy compared to other trips I've done. The worst portage (carrying packs and canoes) was only 5 k, and the highlight (galeforce headwinds and hail) was exhilirating to say the least. I got my bronze medallion in swimming and lifesaving (The water was DAMN cold), and made good friends. Is there any better way to spend 3.5 weeks? (video games not withstanding)

Oh, I have a couple of ideas. (None can be shared on this forum, though.) :D

Welcome bacl, I would say start some sort of project to keep you active, such as building something (maybe not a house [img]smile.gif[/img] ) but something that could be used around your place.

I caught a disease once on one of those adventure camps with the school.
