There is a man called Viekang that disappears the first time you walk into a certain inn in Athkatla...(which one specifically, I forget.) he says something about you being a child of Bhaal, then he screams and vanishes. i think i remember someone telling me that you encounter him again in Throne of Bhaal (in Watcher's Keep) and there is some kind of quest involving him.
Anyone know anything more about this who would care to clarify further?

I didnt see him in Whatchers Keep, unless he was the madman

Debaser, are you sure he was in Athkatla, not in Trademeet? Anyway, I think I know who is this man. There is no quest involving him, but

Indeed, you will meet him in ToB, not in Watcher's Keep howewer, but in the city of Saradush. No quest, you'll be able just to talk with him and know who is he and why he has vanished meeting you in Trademeet...

Actually, there is a small quest involving him, but your PC's intelligence has to be a certain level for this to happen.

The story behind Viekang becomes evident if you talk to the right people in ToB
