How are the number of attacks per round determined? I have a lvl 7 lizardman fighter with Dex of 81 and speed of 63 and he still only swings once per round. Is there another attribute I need to focus on? Same goes for my Monk and Ninja still just 1 swing per round(1hand 1 foot).

It depends on their skill on that specific weapon class.

You can have 100 Dex, 100 Speed, and if you're attack with a sword and have a skill of 12 on your sword, you're only gonna get one attack per round.

Get the weapon skill up as fast as possible. (Trust me, if you were not doing this, it doesn't matter too much. I didn't start with that either, and now I get plenty of attacks per round, especially my ranger and my rogue).

make sure your monk is unarmed, too. except for shuriken or poison darts for ranged combat.
watch your readout, too. she might not do all her attacks at the same time, boom boom boom, one after the other. instead, she may sneak them in after someone else finishes up their attacks.
