Don't laugh....!

I can't get to de'Arnise... I've talked to Nalia and have agreed to help her, have her in my party too. One walkthrough said to go to the City Gates and then to de'Arnise and I've tried clicking on the de'Arnise picture on the world map from the Slums exit and City Gates exit but it's not selectable - only the areas in Athkatla are.

What have I / have not done???

Please help!

This has happened to me too, dont worry. If going to the city gates does not help then go around town looking for differant quests that take you to places outside Athkalta, go to those places and from there go to de'Arnise. Remeber leave through the actual gate exit in the gate district, only then will it work.

Yeah, go to a place outside Athkatla, like the Umar Hills, and then go to de'Arnisse, or you can use a warp spell.

I've always just clicked on the City Gates. Watch out for vampires at night.

Have you... walked across the Gate District and walk through the gate? Some people did not know there is an exit hidden under the gate's graphics. ;)

I think you'll find the last one is it
You got to walk to the end of the city gates pass the guards and oput of the town as it were (under the gates)
then it should highlight
