Heh, these guys is probably the most hardest to play.

Try soloing a diviner.(says impossible right therehttp://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif)

Try roleplaying a solo assassin, only using daggers.

If you find them easy tell me how the hell its easyhttp://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif

Diviner hardest? No way. They only miss out on conjuration/summoning, but there are still other summons that use other schools of magic.

I'd say the hardest class to solo would be a single class druid (no kit). Totemic are pretty easy to solo, Shapeshifters rock at level 13 and up, and Avengers are not too bad; but with no kit definitely a Druid is the hardest.

I soloed a Jester, pretty fun actually.

*cough cough*

Try soloing as a Diviner using ONLY divination-classed spells. Now we're talking. http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif

Gee! Sounds like fun! Let's see what the longest anybody can last with that kind of mage. http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...miles/wink.gif

hah! No way! There isn't a single god damn spell that can mash in one hp, those diviners are best stuck to flat-ass reading.http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...miles/hihi.gif

I'd say - go solo with anyone less than 14 strength and you're done, 'cause you can't even carry the illithium for Sir Sarle's quest. http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...les/tongue.gif

Introducing! The level 17 Diviner!

As if he/she can reach that far, try to prove me wrong here. http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...miles/wink.gif

Note: Only ALLOWED to cast Divination spells, anything else will be considered cheating. You may have the spell in your spell book for creation purposes and Xp gains, but you may only memorise Divination spells. http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...miles/wink.gif
Quote:

 1. Level 1 Spells
Identify: Decent spell, saves you some money.
Infravision: Might be useful if your avatar is a Human. http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif
 1. Level 2 Spells
Detect Invisibilty: Nice spell, allows you to see what you are running away from.
Know Alignment: Quite useless, but when you are not certain whether to trust the person you are talking to, cast this spell and see whether you need to run away. http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...les/tongue.gif
 1. Level 3 Spells
Clairvoyance: Used in the outdoors, enables the Diviner to see what lies ahead and whether it looks safe.
Detect Illusion: If the Diviner is convinced the enemy exists only in his/her mind, then this spell will soon tell him/her how stupid or clever he/she is.
 1. Level 4 Spells
Farsight: Better than Clairvoyance, since you can use this spell indoors. Otherwise, about the same.
 1. Level 5 Spells
Oracle: Confounded by the multiple images of the mage in front of you? Can't find the mage who just seemed to disappeared? Cast this, show the mage the finger( your finger, not Finger of Death) and run away.
 1. Level 6 Spells
True Sight: The ultimate 'they can't hide anymore from you' spell, cast this so you can at least stick out your tougue in the right direction. Remember to run away afterwards.
 1. Level 7 Spells
NONE
 1. Level 8 Spells
NONE

If you can even escape Irenicus's Dungeon... ... I will praise your elite skills. http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...les/tongue.gif

Hehehe... Supremely dead... Hmm... You can have the rare pleasure of beating down a dragon with a staff, including all the fun of missing constantly and being beaten to a pulp. It's IMPOSSIBLE (literally) to do it. There are some bosses that you just can't beat (approximately all of them).

using just diviner spells would be impossible, cuz u cant even use the most basic of defensive spells! but if your just using a diviner while using other classes, the hardest is Beastmaster. cant use any wooden weapons or armor better than studded leather. this means with any metal ON THEM AT ALL! its impossible, i cant even beat those rangers guarding valygar!

I'll kidnap ya fer 100, reprogram ya fer 300, and kill ya fer 500! Oh come one! I'll throw in the killin' fer 250!

Dundee Slaytern 06-17-2001 03:58 PM

Okay, minor edit.

Because I am really hoping someone will try, I can't, since I'm concentrating on Robin Hood now.

I will allow the Diviner to use spells from magical items, because I suppose the magic is deemed to have come from the item, not the caster; so Rings of Invisiblity and Staff of Fire, for example, can be used to cast invisiblity and summon Fire Elemental respectively. http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif

Anybody willing to try?
