Is it just me or is Melfs Minute Meteors one of the best spells available to a Mage!? It wastes Golems, and just about anything else you throw them at. BTW, forum rocks guys ;)

Would agree, but the darn things are just too HEAVY for my poor li'l mage. lol. Give me animate dead at level 15 or above, That wastes golems,too.

I'm soloing my sorcerer right now. With the help of improved haste, MMM becomes an even better spell. I just wasted an iron golem, two stone golems, a flesh golem, and a clay golem.

The only other spells I used were stoneskin and mirror image. Melf's Meteors is awesome. The best part about it is they stay around for a long time before you have to throw them.

Urm... Skeleton Warriors can only hit Flesh Golems and Lesser Clay Golems. They wield +1 enchanted Two-Handed Swords.

Stone Golems needs +2 or better enchanted weapons, so no go.

Clay Golems need blunt weapons, so no go again.

Iron and Ad~~ Golems require +3 or better weapons... so once again... no go.

Agree!!!! Melf's Minute Meteors is one great SPELL to use to damage magic resistant creatures, like golems. Never leave home without it!!!!

Any cloud (for example cloudkill) is good for golems - the funniest is that big ones can not pass many doors and stop other golems while cloudkill kill them.

I am assuming you are either a Mage or a Bard. You can try buying scrolls of Melf's Minute Meteors from Waukeen's Promenade. Either the Scroll Merchant( above The Den of the Seven Vales) or the scroll lady( back of the Adventurers' Mart) should have it.
