Are you timed to do his challenge, cuz back in Althtalka, I have a thieves guild to manage.

There is no time to do this quest.
I will ask this of you since you are trying to manage the guild as well.
Every time I went away from the guild, I would have to pay again to get it back. What is the time limit you can be away from the guild??

It's about five days. Just go back every time you get the message that your thieves have returned from their missions.
