Are there any use for extra demon hearts? Since I killed all the demons in my mage stronghold quest I have two extra hearts beating in my bag.

They make nice souvenirs! For some reason, I usually keep all the old quest items and oddities in a chest at my stronghold. Someday when my PC is old and withered, he can look at them and think about the good old days.
