There have been several bugs that have been officially recongnized that will be patched. Here are a couple I can remember of the top of my head:

Vi can get stuck in the statue of Phoonzang. That is where she is in my game.
Toxic Cloud is missing all secondary effects, thus weakening Alchemists.
Picking up one vine in Trynton and clicking on the second without putting the first away caused you to lose one.

There are more, but my brain in on coffee break.
