What does the DM do and how can i get on it?

he creates an online game and sets all the guidlines he can add remove anything he wants from any char wether or not he likes them or not.he is the overlord that mandated fair play or unfair play.to become one you gots to know a little about the game and understand it to be able to become one.or at least thats what i was told a DM was
